Referral Validation

Referrals can be validated by the customer providing the name of the referrer. Or the referrer could contact S&V Property Solutions via text, call, or email to inform S&V Property Solutions of the referred business.

Profit Sharing

Once a referred job is sold profit sharing is 5%-10% of profit from the project that results form the referral on a none recurring basis. Profit may be estimated up front using a percentage of gross sale depending on the project.

Payment Of Profit Sharing

S&V Property Solutions will provide payment of profit sharing either upon a signed contract or after project completion depending on scope of work and project details.
